Infrared Thermography is widely referred to in the industry as a Predictive Maintenance (Pdm) inspection technique, although it can be used as a routine maintenance tool as well. We refer to our services as simply Condition Maintenance. Condition maintenance allows us to provide to the customer an inspection which will identify any problems as they exist at that time and then make recommendations as to the severity and corrective action and or remedies as well as a frequency of routine inspections to be implemented if required.

Sharp Scan offers a means of non-destructive, non-evasive inspection & analysis of mechanical & electrical systems, commercial & residential buildings & facilities, as well as livestock applications. The use with livestock, whether it be Equine or Bovine, can reveal poor saddle fit with horses, hard to detect lameness, pin point problem areas so a qualified Veterinarian, Ferrier or Equine Therapist can pursue treatment.
